Join Europe\u2019s leading EMS and electronics professionals in Tallinn this December. <\/b>EMS & BEYOND 2025 \u2013 Europe\u2019s key electronics industry event takes place in Tallinn this December.<\/b><\/p>\n

On 5 December 2025, the international seminar EMS & BEYOND 2025 will take place at Hilton Tallinn Park, bringing together Europe\u2019s top experts, analysts, and business leaders from the electronics industry.

\n<\/span>Throughout the day, speakers and participants will explore the competitiveness of the European electronics industry, cross-border collaboration, and new strategic directions \u2014 with a strong focus on manufacturing in Europe, innovation, and resilience in a globally competitive market.<\/span><\/p>\n

The seminar will begin with remarks from <\/span>Lauri Hussar<\/b>, Speaker of the Parliament of Estonia, and <\/span>Otto Pukk<\/b>, Chairman of the Estonian Electronics Industries Association and President & CEO of Incap Corporation.<\/span><\/p>\n

At <\/span>9.50\u201310.50<\/b>, the session will feature <\/span>Dr. Mareike Haass<\/b>, market research specialist at in4ma, who will discuss \u201cWhy Central and Eastern Europe Is in Focus in the Electronics Industry\u201d \u2014 examining the region\u2019s growth potential, workforce dynamics, and emerging role in Europe\u2019s production landscape.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Following her, <\/span>Dieter G. Weiss<\/b>, founder of in4ma and one of Europe\u2019s leading EMS analysts, will present an overview of the PCB industry in Europe and how to maintain strong production capabilities amid global competition.<\/span><\/p>\n

At <\/span>11.30\u201312.00<\/b>, <\/span>Christoph Solka<\/b> from the Global Electronics Association will speak on \u201cThe Difficult Developments in the EMS Industry in Europe\u201d, outlining the current challenges shaping the industry. He will be followed by <\/span>Anastasia Ederer<\/b>, also from the Global Electronics Association, who will discuss \u201cThe EMS Industry in the Baltic States\u201d and the growing importance of the region within Europe\u2019s supply and production network.<\/span><\/p>\n

At <\/span>12.00\u201312.30<\/b>, <\/span>Kristjan Tozen<\/b>, CEO of Krakul O\u00dc, will give a presentation titled \u201cDesign, Deliver, Repeat: Accelerating Innovation Through EMS Collaboration\u201d, highlighting how close cooperation between development and manufacturing partners can speed up innovation and product development.<\/span><\/p>\n

At <\/span>12.30\u201313.00<\/b>, <\/span>Kenneth Kopamees<\/b> from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will analyse how international tariffs and sanctions affect the electronics sector and global supply chains.<\/span><\/p>\n

At <\/span>14.00<\/b>, <\/span>Arno Kolk<\/b>, Managing Director of the Estonian Electronics Industries Association, will provide an overview of the Electronics Industry in Estonia \u2014 discussing current trends, success stories, and future ambitions.<\/span><\/p>\n

At <\/span>14.30\u201315.00<\/b>, <\/span>Alison James<\/b>, Senior Director for Government Relations at the Global Electronics Association, will call for a unified European \u201cSilicon-to-Systems\u201d Manufacturing Strategy, underlining the importance of coordinated action to strengthen Europe\u2019s semiconductor and electronics manufacturing ecosystem.<\/span><\/p>\n

At <\/span>15.00\u201315.30<\/b>, Luminovo will introduce new AI-based tools for PCB costing and production optimisation, offering a glimpse into how artificial intelligence is transforming the way electronics are designed and manufactured.<\/span><\/p>\n

At <\/span>16.00\u201316.30<\/b>, TLT PCB will present \u201cPCB Made in Europe\u201d, focusing on current opportunities and developments in European circuit board production.<\/span><\/p>\n

The day will conclude with a panel discussion at <\/span>16.30\u201317.30<\/b> titled \u201cCan We Produce PCBs in Europe?\u201d, moderated by <\/span>Dieter Weiss<\/b> from Data4PCB. The discussion will feature representatives from TLT PCB, Eurocircuits, Brandner Electronics, NCAB, and EIPC, exploring the realities and future prospects of PCB manufacturing on the continent.<\/span><\/p>\n
