Speakers

Arno Kolk

Arno Kolk is the Managing Director of the Estonian Electronics Industries Association. He has extensive experience in the electronics sector – he started his career as an R&D engineer in Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech) and worked in different engineering and management positions in EMS and engineering companies in several countries.

In his presentation, Arno Kolk will give you an overview of how Estonia’s world-class electronics industry is embracing modern practices and why this small and agile country is uniquely positioned to be the perfect test site for new products and processes.

Dieter G. Weiss

Dieter G. Weiss is the head behind in4ma, the most reliable data source for the European EMS Industry. He has 42 years of experience in the electronics industry and has been studying the European EMS industry for many years – developing a database of more than 2150 EMS companies in Europe. The database provides a lot of detailed information which is regularly updated and fed with actual data in order to study actual market developments.

Dr. Mareike Haaß

Dr. Mareike Haass holds a PhD in communication science and has 17 years of experience in B2B marketing, including nine years in the EMS industry.

From2009 to 2013, she held the position of Head of Marketing at the photovoltaic manufacturer Centrosolar. From 2014 to 2021, she worked as Director of Marketing at the EMS service provider duotec GmbH. She has been part of the in4ma team since May 2023.

Her expertise in the analysis of market and media figures is rounded off by 1 1/2 years of media auditing in addition to market and competition monitoring of the EMS industry.

Dr. Peter Tranitz

Peter Tranitz is Senior Director Technology Solutions at IPC.

Peter is a PhD in Physics. During his postdoc time in Cincinnati and Regensburg and his short assignment at Infineon in Dresden, he gained experience in semiconductor manufacturing and characterization. The last 18 years, Peter worked at Continental Automotive as Principal Expert and department head for the development and standardization of electro-mechanical manufacturing technologies. During his academia and industry assignments he published more then 70 papers and issued several patents.

Just recently, Peter joined the newly installed IPC Electronics Europe GmbH in Munich as Senior Director Technology Solutions. In this function he participated already at the IEEE Electronic System-Integration Technology Conference in Sibiu and the IPC – Advanced Packaging Symposium in Washington, DC.

Miroslaw Dziuba

Miroslaw Dziuba is a COO of the Prettl Electronics Group .

He has over 20 years of experience in printed circuit board assembly in the countries of Germany, Poland, China, and Mexico. Most of his experience was gained in Mexico, where he took over as the technical managing director of the Prettl Electronics Queretaro plant in 2014. In 2019, after 14 years of international assignments for Prettl Electronics, he returned to Germany and assumed the role of managing director at the Radeberg plant of Prettl Electronics. In 2020, he took on the role of COO, providing technical leadership across all Prettl Electronics Group locations. His responsibilities encompass areas such as quality, logistics, production, and technology. One of his primary tasks also involves introducing and standardizing new technologies within the Prettl Electronics Group.

Simon Majer

Simon Majer is a Vice President at Raymond James, an international investment bank, he advises international companies and their shareholders in M&A transactions and financing considerations.

Thereby, Mr. Majer focuses on the electronics sector. Having completed multiple transactions, Mr. Majer also supports private equity investors and their portfolio companies in the evaluation of potential investments and acquisitions in the EMS sector, supported through the Raymond James team and network. Thereby, he and his team can leverage experience in buy- and sell-side mandates with a large number private equity and family-owned companies having transacted with his advice

Marcko Pack

Marco Pack completed a degree in applied computer science In 2006, and started his professional career at Optimum datamanagement solutions GmbH as a graduate computer scientist in the software development department. From 2009 to 2018, he took over the management in various projects in Germany and abroad. From 2015 to 2019, he managed major projects in Hong-Kong and Taipei. In 2018, he took the role of technical customer service manager. Since 2021, he is additionally responsible for the development and production of Optimum products as product manager. With more than 15 years of experience, he knows customers’ needs well and incorporates them into the product development. In his spare time, he enjoys playing piano/keyboard or horn in music clubs or bands.

Olle Hulteberg

Olle Hulteberg is an entrepreneur with several successful establishments. His background is as management consultant in operational development, turn-around, business development, strategy and project management.

He is used to lead large change projects from vision to reality and have a broad experience in many leading positions in both large and small organizations combined with extensive industry experience in engineering, process, telecom, banking and finance and the IT.

Since 2007 Olle Hulteberg is an owner of and engaged in Inission.

Patrick Perner

Patrick Perner is the Sales Lead at Luminovo, where he plays a pivotal role in the electronics supply chain.

With a proven track record of driving sales and innovation in the tech sector, he’s an insightful conversationalist when it comes to the changing landscape of AI and its impact on the electronics industry.

Dr. Nadeźda Dementjeva

Nadežda Dementjeva is a Managing Director of Inission Tallinn OÜ since November 2022.

She has PhD degree in thermal engineering and MBA in international business administration. She started her career at Eesti Energia and worked for this company for 15 years in different positions. In 2017, she continued her career at Ensto as a production manager and in 2021 took the plant manager position in Ensto Building Systems. . She has made the significant changes in Inission Tallinn to ensure rapid growth of the company. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, she has small art school and is sharing art knowledge among the children and adults.
